Local Pick-Up – You may pay for and pick-up your item from our antique shop located in Lebanon, IL just 30 minutes east of St. Louis, MO. If you choose this option, please contact us right away after the sale of the item so we can ensure a smooth pick-up for you.
Sales Tax – All items shipping to an Illinois address will include Illinois State and local sales taxes totaling 7.35% (before shipping charges).

Combined Shipping ? Yes, we combine and discount shipping for multiple items as long as they are paid for on one invoice. If you buy multiple items, please wait to pay until you receive the invoice outlining any combined shipping discount.
Shipping Charges ? Sometimes eBay?s shipping calculator can run a little high, or we overestimate the final shipping weight of an item, so the invoiced shipping comes out a bit high. We are not in the business of making money on shipping so after we wrap, pack, box, weigh and ship your item, we will refund any shipping & handling charges over the actual shipping & handling costs. That is just the right thing to do 
Wrapping & Packing ? Please rest assured that we wrap and pack things with love and care, just as we would like to receive the package ourselves.
FREE SHIPPING! ? You can pay for and pick-up your item for FREE at our shop located in historic downtown Lebanon, Illinois 62269. We do not charge a pick-up fee. We are open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm.
SHIPPING OF LOCAL PICK-UP ITEMS ? If you wish to buy an item that is listed as Local Pick-Up only, and you are not able to actually pick it up, you must make all arrangements to have the item picked up from our shop and have it wrapped, packed and shipped at your own cost from the shipping company of your choice. PLEASE GET YOUR SHIPPING QUOTES BEFORE YOU BID OR BUY. You may already have a shipping company, but if you do not, we recommend using Pak Mail in Swansea, IL. Please call Tess or Craig at (618) 277-4884 and let them know you need a quote for an item shipped from Aunt Bea?s Antiques and they will give you a shipping quote. You will need the items dimensions and weight; that information is in the item description.
Please get your shipping quote before you bid or buy!Buyers are responsible for obtaining their own quotes and making all of their own shipping arrangements.Unless other arrangments are made, all shippments and pick-ups must be made within 10 days after the item is purchased.
NON-US SHIPPING ? We ship worldwide and to APO/FPO addresses. If the item is not a local pick-up item, please email me for a shipping estimate before you bid. I ship only via Insured Priority U.S. Mail to non-US addresses and to APO/FPO. I know this is expensive, sorry, but it protects you, protects me and protects the item. If the item is a local pick-up item, please see the information above about making pick-up and shipping arrangements with the carrier of your choice.
INSURANCE ? Insurance is included in the shipping & handling costs for any fragile or high value items. We will insure items if they are fragile or cost $25 or more. Damage to our shippments are very rare, though if it does happen, we work through our insurance carrier for all claims. We will help with all the paperwork.
Zero (0) Feedback / Low-Feedback Bidders – Due to an increase in non-paying zero feedback eBayers, I am forced to cancel bids on any of my items with buyers with LOW FEEDBACKS (5 or less). BEFORE you bid, please send me an e-mail regarding the item you wish to bid on, as well as your name, address and phone number and someone from my shop will call and verify your interest in the item so your bid will not be canceled.
Returns – We provide very accurate details in our descriptions coupled with lots of photographs of each item to buyers as much information possible to make the most informed purchase decision possible. However, should an item turn out to be grossly not as described, I will gladly accept the return of the item and issue a full refund, including shipping costs both ways. All I ask is for you to contact me as soon as possible before leaving feedback and we will work out the details.

My Guarantee:My family and I have been collecting various treasures for years, as our parents did and their parents did before them. Nowadays, we run a small antique shop in the heart of the historic district in Lebanon, Illinois, the home of the Mermaid House, where Charles Dickens once stayed.
We believe in treating everyone fairly and offer a variety of goods at a fair price. Though we are not experts in any particular field of collecting, however, we have a pretty good eye and we describe each listing to the best of our ability. We do our very best to list every detail about an item and have enough pictures for a customer to get a great view of the item from just about every angle, as if you are actually holding it in your own hands. We will not intentionally misrepresent any part of an items description; if we see a crack, nick, chip, scratch, or any distractions of note, we will clearly list it in the item description and try to get a close up picture of it too. However, we are human and subject to err as humans do. So, if you find that we missed a flaw or were mistaken about an item, I will happily give you a full refund (including return shipping) upon return of the item in the same condition as it was sent by us within a reasonable amount of time. All we ask is that you allow us to make it right before you leave anything but positive feedback :)
