In the event of shipment loss or delay we’ll file a tracer with the carrier which may take 2-3 weeks.

Orders delayed due to shipping company error cannot be cancelled before a tracer is complete and attempt to redeliver/reship is made.

Processed orders cannot be cancelled or modified. It is customer’s responsibility to verify all product information with manufacturer.  ReturnsThe Twister Group offers a 30 day return policy for most items. Email us to request return authorization.

NOT REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Shipping cost, customs and brokerage costs. Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage as a result of shipping must be filed with the carrier immediately and prior to any requests for a return authorization. Items returned for refund must be in sellable condition. The Twister Group reserves the right to refuse issuing return authorization.
