3 Federal Deposit Insurance Co Printing Blocks- FDIC!!
Up for auction are 3, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Printing Blocks. These blocks are the tradition Federal Deposit Insurance’s Symbol. In the middle of all 3 it says “10,000 Maximum Insurance for each depositor.” They are in good condition. They measure (1-1/4” X 3/4”), (3/4” X 3/4”), and (2-1/2” /X 1-1/2”). It would be a great piece for a collector of printing blocks and Vintage Banking.

Vintage Old Newspaper Letter Press Printers Block of an Automobile Insurance Advertisement. Text reads: “Up in the air or on the ground whichever you choose, or both, in this day of power and speed make sure that your “Land Flying” is protected with Complete Automobile Insurance. It’s a good parachute to financial safety.” Measures 1 7/8″ by 3 1/2″ and is in good condition. ******* NOTE: I have other Vintage Letter Press Printers Blocks on Auction right now and more to list in the next few weeks. You are bidding on this 2” by 1.5”, moveable type, letterpress printing block with an image of the logo for “Your Independent Insurance Agent”. Wood back with metal print head. Not sure of the date – I’m guessing 1960-80’s though. Neat item if you collect these vintage logo/character/illustrated printing press blocks (or work at this company). Very good collectible condition – light usage wear but no major flaws. No reserve for this printing press collectible. (Please see my other auctions for additional blocks up for sale. Auctions will be combined to save you shipping charges.)
