Big mold decision in New York

The New York Times has a story on a big mold decision in New York:  Justice Shirley Werner Kornreich's decision in Fraser v. The 301-52 Townhouse Corp.  Justice Kornreich concluded that the scientific literature did not support the assertions of the plaintiff's mold expert, and dismissed the claim.
